1. Mechanical properties

(2) Inspection method:

① Tensile test method: Commonly used standard inspection methods include GB/T228.1-2010, JISZ2201, JI SZ2241, ASTMA370, ГОСТ1497, BS18, etc.;

② Bending test method: Commonly used standard inspection methods include GB /T232-88, YB/T5126-2003, JISZ2248, ASTME290, ГОСТ1401 9, etc.

(3) Bending performance

After bending 180 degrees according to the specified bending center diameter, the surface of the bending part of the steel bar shall not have cracks.

(4) Reverse bending performance

According to the requirements of the purchaser, the steel bar can be tested for reverse bending performance.

The diameter of the bending center of the reverse bending test is correspondingly increased by one steel bar diameter than that of the bending test. Bend 90 degrees in the forward direction first, then 20 degrees in the reverse direction. After the reverse bending test, the surface of the bending part of the steel bar shall not have cracks.

2. Surface quality

There shall be no cracks, scars and folds on the surface of the rebar.

Bumps are allowed on the rebar surface.
