Precision pipe could be made by the carbon,alloy or stainless steel with high precision sizes,manufacturing by hot rolling or cold drawn(cold rolling) processes.It’s commonly used in manufacturing precision machinery parts and engineering structure.
Future Metal’s exclusive HC-6800D high-precision tube cutting machine enables tear- and burr-free tube cutting. This equipment is accurate in cutting size, with a tolerance between 0.001-0.005.
Practice has proved that if other low-grade equipment is used for cutting or shearing of precision pipes, the cutting and shearing process may produce tiny cracks in the section, which will affect the durability and force strength of the cutting parts, thus causing problems in the upstream supply chain.
Fortunately, there is no risk of shearing or hanging burrs because Future Metal uses the best equipment to cut all pipe, then use end face and OD/ID chamfer blades.
Additionally, our machines cut, face and chamfer in one operation, increasing throughput and optimizing costs.
